This policy covers returns, exchanges and adhesive warranty for our vehicle letter inserts and exterior decorative parts.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-year adhesive warranty on all our letter kits. This warranty covers failure of the factory adhesive under normal use. If the product peels off under normal driving conditions within 3 years, we will send a replacement kit free of charge. The warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage from high-pressure car wash, scrapes, rock chips, collisions or vandalism
• Improper installation
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, waxes or abrasive cleaners
• Color fading caused by extreme UV after many years

Return & Exchange Rules

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging. Once installed, the item cannot be returned. Custom-fit letter kits are made-to-order and are non-returnable if they match the vehicle fitment you selected. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please send clear photos of packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement at no extra cost.
