Domed letters are our premier level product. Using the latest coating technology, we have achieved the highest quality edge lines, sometime called bubble style. We use VHB (very high bond) acrylic foam tape so they stick on perfectly.
Installation Procedure
1. The body surface should be between 60° F and 90° F at the time of installation and for two hours after.
2. Thoroughly was the rear tailgate surface with warm soap and water.
3. Clean the surface with solvent wipe and remove any residue with a clean lint-free cloth.
4. Carefully remove the “T” from the sheet.
5. Carefully align the letter into the recessed “T” in the tailgate panel.
NOTE: This letter should be on the flat section of the recess and not roll up the side. Reposition as necessary.
6. Use finger-pressure to secure the letter into place.
7. Apply hear from a hair dryer or heat gun to the letter and re-press it into place with the finger.
8. Repeat this same process for applying each of the individual letters into their respective recessed cavities.
NOTE: AFTER A DECAL INSTALLATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED, DO NOT HIGH PRESSURE WASH THE VEHICLE FOR 72 HOURS.
